An owner-built eco lodge on a working farm in the central Drakensberg near Giants Castle, outside Estcourt, known for its quirky hand-carved woodwork and mountain outlooks. Dogs stay free with no damages deposit, and the welcome extends to cats, horses and caged birds. Two suites have their own fenced gardens, mowed farm trails of one to three hours can be walked off-lead, and dogs may swim in the dams. A treat-filled welcome bag greets canine guests.
