Run from Kuils River, this Cape Town business combines dog grooming with behaviour and obedience training. Owner Armand Groenewald started out volunteering at animal shelters in 2009, later trained formally in canine behaviour to work with rescue dogs, and added grooming to the offering in 2019 before launching Armand K9 in 2020. Services include doggy daycare with separate small- and large-dog areas, one-on-one and group obedience classes, and behaviour modification, delivered under the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers' partnership grades.
Note from SitnStay: Offers doggy daycare with separate areas for small and large dogs, plus one-on-one and group obedience classes and behaviour modification training across Cape Town; the trainer holds IMDT partnership-grade accreditation.
