KDA Dog Academy

A dog training school based in Grootfontein Country Estates on the edge of Pretoria, run by Lida Heyden, who has operated the academy since 1996 and has competed with her own dogs in SAWDOS, IPO/IGP, tracking and KUSA obedience. Classes cover puppy groups, domestic obedience and protection-focused IGP work spanning tracking, retrieve, send-away and bitework, taught with positive-reinforcement methods where possible. Group, private and eight-week course fees are payable at registration.
