A long-running holiday resort and caravan park on the upper Sabie River, a kilometre from the centre of Sabie on the Mpumalanga escarpment, rather than in Hazyview as sometimes listed. Self-catering chalets, cottages and lodges sit alongside around 180 grassed, powered camping and caravan sites served by four ablution blocks. The river is stocked with trout and used for swimming and tubing, and there is a licensed restaurant, heated and cold pools, water slides, tennis and mini-golf. Small dogs are accepted on the caravan and camping sites only.
Note from SitnStay: Only small dogs are allowed, and only in the caravan and camping park; no pets in the self-catering units, ablution blocks or pool areas. Major booking platforms list the resort as no-pets, so confirm directly when booking a campsite. No day visitors.
