New Beginnings Rescue Centre operates from Plot 66 Roodewal near Bloemfontein, caring for abused, abandoned and neglected animals and working to find them permanent homes. Adoption includes sterilisation, vaccination, deworming, a collar and ID tag, and flea and tick treatment, and the charity requires a home inspection before any adoption is finalised. It functions as a rescue and rehoming shelter rather than a paid dog boarding facility.
Note from SitnStay: No public boarding service is described; the centre's work is rescue, rehabilitation and adoption, with dog adoption fees of R1,100 and mandatory home inspections.
