Note from SitnStay: Dogs are allowed on Overstrand beaches and coastal paths but must be on a leash: Section 6(2)-(3) of the Overstrand By-law on Dogs and Cats bars any dog from a public place unless kept on a leash. Not a Blue Flag beach, so the general rule applies.
