An off-grid bushveld farm stay on a working Nguni cattle property about 16 km north of Mokopane, in the Waterberg foothills of Limpopo. Accommodation is rustic: bush camps tucked among boulders, a self-contained cot-house and cottage, and shaded campsites, all without electricity and lit by lamps. Days go to hiking, mountain-bike and 4x4 trails, rock climbing, birding, and swimming in the stream dams, where dogs may join in. Pets stay free by prior arrangement and sleep indoors with their owners.
Note from SitnStay: Pets are welcome by prior arrangement at no charge and with no damage deposit. Dogs sleep inside (bring your own beds, bedding and bowls), are not allowed on furniture, and must be tick- and flea-free on arrival. There are farm walks and dogs may swim in the dams.
