Alphen Trail Greenbelt is a well-loved walking trail through Constantia's leafy green belt in Cape Town's southern suburbs, following the Diep River past bridges and open grassland with mountain views. The flat, easy route starts near a staffed security hut on Alphen Drive and draws a steady stream of dog owners, runners, and a Saturday morning parkrun. Cycling is not permitted, keeping the path calmer for walkers and their dogs.
