BidAir Cargo PetLounge in Port Elizabeth is an airport-based facility handling pet travel through Gqeberha, rather than everyday drop-in daycare. Staff process check-in documentation and vaccination records and hold animals during flight layovers and transfers, coordinating with the receiving airport. Pets wait in holding areas with access to a fenced lawn for exercise, plus food and water, while their booking is processed. Visitors must keep their pet on a leash throughout the branch.
Note from SitnStay: PetLounge is an airport pet transport and temporary holding service rather than a walk-in daycare; pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the premises, and holding areas provide a fenced exercise lawn plus food and water during layovers.
