A specialist reproductive veterinary practice based on a farm near Muldersvlei, on Cape Town's rural Winelands edge, run by Dr Rachel Shuttleworth since 2003 alongside Dr Nadine Apteker. The clinic focuses on breeders, handling fertility diagnostics, artificial insemination, embryo transfer, whelping support and caesarean sections for dogs, plus stallion and mare reproduction work for horses. It also covers routine care such as vaccinations, deworming, microchipping and neonatal puppy checks, and accepts referrals from vets nationwide.
Note from SitnStay: This is a specialist breeding and reproduction clinic for dogs and horses, offering whelping assistance, caesarean sections and neonatal puppy care rather than general boarding or leisure services.
