Call ahead to confirm dogs are welcome.
A small-animal and equine practice based on Klein Joostenberg Farm near Muldersvlei, close to Stellenbosch, led by Dr Lesleigh Rous with a combined team experience of over 18 years. Cape Companions handles routine check-ups, vaccinations, parasite prevention, weight assessments and emergency care, alongside more complex medical cases and toxic ingestion incidents. The practice says every animal is treated personally by a vet rather than handed to support staff, and it also serves horse owners in the surrounding farmland.
Note from SitnStay: General small-animal and equine clinic; no dog-specific fees or size limits published, but routine and emergency care for pets is explicitly offered.
