Glentana is a small coastal settlement on the Garden Route between George and Herold's Bay, its beach reached from Kus Street along a quiet stretch of sand backed by dune vegetation. It's a low-key spot popular with anglers and local dog walkers rather than swimmers. George Municipality has designated Glentana one of its leash-free dog zones, one of only two sandy leash-free beaches in the municipal area alongside Kleinkrantz.
