Leliefontein Boarding Kennels is a family-run boarding farm outside Paarl in the Cape Winelands, close to Franschhoek, set on part of a former fruit farm. The property holds 159 dog and 42 cat kennels across shaded runs and exercise paddocks, with heating for half the kennels in winter and fan-and-sprinkler cooling in summer. A resident veterinary practice operates on site with 24-hour on-call cover, and a small gift shop sells pet food and accessories.
Note from SitnStay: Up-to-date vaccination books are required before dogs can be boarded. The kennels take all breeds and sizes across 159 dog runs, with a resident vet available around the clock.
