A fenced, off-leash dog area sits within the wider Olienhout Park, known locally for its Platteklip duck pond, in Plattekloof on the Parow side of Cape Town. Dogs can run free in an open field and use agility-style obstacles, while owners can make use of nearby picnic tables, benches and an outdoor gym. Entry is free and the grounds stay open around the clock. Bring your own water and poop bags, as neither is provided on site.
