This colourful beachfront playground sits on Dawnview Crescent in the Paradise Beach suburb of Jeffreys Bay, where a children's play area meets a quiet, almost hidden stretch of sand near a lagoon and lighthouse. Families use it for fishing at the entrance and for beach and lagoon play together. The play area's grass can be rough underfoot, so shoes are recommended for children. On New Year's Eve the beach becomes a long-running gathering spot for local families.
