A community green space that has served Rondebosch since 1870, on the corner of Campground and Sandown roads in Cape Town's southern suburbs. The City's Recreation and Parks Department maintains it with help from the active Friends of Rondebosch Park group, and it offers a children's playground, an outdoor gym, picnic tables and restrooms. Dogs are welcome here and owners are asked to pick up after them, making it an easy everyday walking spot for local dog owners.
Note from SitnStay: Dogs are welcome in the park and owners are requested to pick up after them. No leash rules or off-leash areas are specified by the Friends of Rondebosch Park.
