Sea Point Promenade

A roughly 8-kilometre paved walkway running along Cape Town's Atlantic seaboard from Mouille Point past Sea Point toward Bantry Bay, taking in tidal pools, an Olympic-sized seawater pool, and open views of Lion's Head and Signal Hill. Flat and fully paved, it suits joggers, prams, and dogs of any size, and regularly hosts charity dog walks such as Paws on the Promenade. It's a reliable, year-round route for a coastal walk with a dog.
