Rocklands Beach is a small, rocky cove along Cape Town's Sea Point promenade, tucked among tidal pools that make for a cool dip on a hot day. Considered one of the prettier stops along the promenade, it has light sand and rockpools full of marine life rather than big surf. Dogs are a common sight along the Sea Point promenade, though a leash is required and fines apply for non-compliance.
