Three Anchor Bay is a small, rocky cove along Sea Point's promenade in Cape Town, with clear blue water and tidal pools that draw local families and weekend swimmers rather than crowds. Free parking is available at the entrance, with street parking nearby as an overflow. Dogs are welcome here, but only outside peak beach hours, before 9am and after 6pm, under the City's beach bylaws.
