Durban's Smart Dog Training Centre has run as an independent behaviour and training school since 2016, working on the social, emotional and intellectual sides of a dog's development alongside practical obedience. Programmes range from puppy socialisation and home obedience to behaviour consultations for separation anxiety, reactivity and aggression, plus sport options like canine hoopers, scentwork and rally. The school also prepares dogs for KUSA's Canine Good Citizen test and trains service and therapy dogs.
