Nahoon River Mouth is where the Nahoon River empties into the Indian Ocean on East London's east side, at the end of the long stretch of sand running from Nahoon Beach. It is a favourite surf and swimming spot backed by a reef and boardwalk over rocky outcrops, with lifeguards and parking nearby. Mornings are quietest, and local guides describe it as a popular walking stretch for dog owners along the estuary.
