The Reeds Wetlands

This wetland reserve in Rooihuiskraal gives Centurion dog owners an open grassy stretch to walk, bordered by reed beds and pockets of shade. Evening lighting extends visits past sunset, and free parking sits near the entrance. It doubles as a small ecological pocket, so birdlife and other wetland residents share the space. Facilities are basic, so bring your own water and waste bags rather than expecting them on site.
