Berg River Resort

Berg River Resort is an 11-hectare riverside retreat between Paarl and Franschhoek, ringed by the Stellenbosch, Jonkershoek and Klein Drakenstein mountains. Self-catering chalets, over 180 campsites and a bush camp sit alongside a large pool with a waterslide, a kiddies' pool, tennis wall, putt-putt and river tubing. A spa and café round out the offering, and the resort keeps a no-music policy for a quieter atmosphere. It welcomes day visitors and hosts functions, but no pet policy is published on its site.
